Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after confirmation. All vape / ENDS orders require an adult signature upon delivery, as required by law.

Certain products cannot be shipped to specific states or cities due to local regulations, including restrictions on vape products, flavored e-liquids, Delta-8, THCA, Kratom, and 7-OH. Orders from restricted locations will not be fulfilled.

Returns: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. 

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, a refund may be issued minus shipping costs once the item is received.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Certain items such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable products are non-returnable.
